DOF strictly rejects the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website using automated email-harvesting programs or any other technological devices.
Please note that any unauthorized collection, transmission, or commercial distribution of these email addresses is subject to criminal prosecution and legal penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

Article 50-2 of the Network Act (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses, etc.)
  1. Prohibition of Automated Harvesting: No person shall collect email addresses from an Internet website using automated software or any other technical device where the refusal to collect email addresses is explicitly posted.
  2. Prohibition of Sale and Distribution: No person shall sell, circulate, or distribute email addresses that have been collected in violation of Paragraph (1).
  3. Prohibition of Transmission: No person shall knowingly use email addresses for transmitting information when knowing that the collection, sale, or distribution thereof is prohibited under Paragraphs (1) and (2).
Legal Penalties for Violations:
Any individual or entity that violates the provisions of Article 50-2 shall be subject to a fine not exceeding KRW 10,000,000 (Korean Won) pursuant to Article 65-1-7 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
